All registered candidates will receive the city slip on their registered email ID. Please note, this slip will not show the full address of the exam centre—only the city. The detailed address, exam timings, and instructions will be provided later in the admit card, which will be released on July 31, 2025 on natboard.edu.in.
The NEET PG 2025 exam is scheduled to be conducted on August 3, 2025. The exam will have 200 multiple choice questions, each with four answer options. Candidates have to select the most correct or appropriate one.

NEET PG 2025 Complete Timeline
The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) is conducting the NEET PG 2025 exam for admission into various postgraduate medical courses such as MD, MS, PG Diploma, DNB, and DrNB programs. As per the official schedule, the online application process for NEET PG 2025 started on 17th April 2025 from 3:00 PM and continued until 7th May 2025 till 11:55 PM. Candidates were given the opportunity to make corrections in their submitted applications during the edit window from 9th to 13th May 2025.
In case candidates had uploaded incorrect images like photographs, signatures, or thumb impressions, NBEMS provided a Pre-Final Edit Window from 17th to 21st May 2025 and a Final Edit Window from 24th to 26th May 2025 to make the necessary corrections. Following that, a separate application window to select the exam city was open from 13th June (3:00 PM) to 17th June 2025 (11:55 PM), and candidates could again edit their entries from 20th to 22nd June 2025.
The exam city intimation slip, which informs the candidate about the city of their allotted exam centre, was scheduled to be sent on 21st July 2025 to their registered email IDs. However, this slip does not include the full address. The complete exam centre address, along with exam day guidelines and timings, will be provided in the NEET PG 2025 admit card, which will be released on 31st July 2025 via the official website natboard.edu.in.
The NEET PG 2025 examination is scheduled to be held on 3rd August 2025 in a single shift from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. The exam will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode and will consist of 200 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), each with four answer options. Candidates must choose the most appropriate or correct answer out of the given choices.
The results of NEET PG 2025 will be declared by 3rd September 2025. To be eligible for the exam, candidates must have completed their mandatory internship by 31st July 2025.
