All Posts: Class 10 pass + NTC (National Trade Certificate) + NAC (National Apprenticeship Certificate) in the relevant trade from NCVT recognized institute.
Age Limit (as of 1st August 2025)
Minimum: 18 years
Maximum: 27 years
Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-Servicemen as per government norms.
Salary Structure
Selected candidates will receive the following pay scale:
All Artisan Posts: ₹29,500 – ₹65,000 per month

3. Essential Skills & Qualities
Technical Qualifications:
Class 10 (Matriculation) plus NCVT-certified National Trade Certificate (NTC) and National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in the relevant trade.
Minimum required percentage: 60% for General/OBC, 55% for SC/ST candidates in both NTC and NAC.
Familiarity with technical drawings, measuring instruments, and power tool usage.
Knowledge of safety protocols and willingness to follow standard operating procedures.
Attention to detail—critical for maintaining component quality and avoiding defects.
Physical stamina, coordination, and ability to work in industrial environments.
